Add synthetic data to logs

/synthetic_data/add

Appends generated synthetic data to the training logs corpus. Pass the synthetic_logs_file referencing a completed synthetic generation output, and optionally a pipeline_id to associate the data with a specific pipeline. Once added, the synthetic examples become available for fine-tuning dataset filters.
