Get snapshot hourly cost datapoints

/billing/billing/history/snapshot/:snapshot_id/graph

Returns hourly cost datapoints for a Snapshot for a specified billing cycle. The response includes 'incurred_bill' graph datapoints.

Reliability: This endpoint returns 500 intermittently. Retry with backoff; if the failure persists, contact support.
